When I arrived at the drop off I found it to be a storage yard with a closed building. Calling the phone number on my contract sheet I was instructed to drop off at another location a few miles away.

My credit card was charged 100 and my whole bill was less. I Was told that is the way they do it and they would refund the difference back. Never received my money back. Very unhappy
