There is nothing I would want yall to change about this location. Ms.Kelli is the absolute best and I recommend anybody to come see her. She’s very helpful and very patient and professional. She helped me throughout my entire rental process before, during and in the end. She made sure I had the exact size truck I needed and she stayed in constant communication with me. For me , it was more than a business transaction for her , she is really out to help people and I love that especially how customer service is nowadays. Thank you so much Ms.Kelli for all your help and patience and for working with us. You made everything easy. I have had experiences with U-Haul before but this location by far is the absolute best.

She made sure we got a discount, we didn't get charged extra, she gave us so much helpful information about uhaul and about the truck. She was excellent and cared for us like we were family. It was worth the extra long drive!
