Uhaul had died with nothing being left on, door would not open, then would not close after we did open with no visible reason why.

Originally it was all good. Afterwards I was double charged. CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AT SHINE TOWING LLC. I’ve called 15 times periodically throughout the day on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Have received no phone call back no acknowledgment at all. I was told on Saturday to call back at 10 AM on Monday. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody will return your phone calls. I was not only double charged. I was overcharged the first time.
Demetria RThe location was ok. The truck was very difficult to find. The number listed in the rental was found back in a repair area, but the license plate # & key matched a different# truck so it was really confusing. The location should really correct that.
Ruby OThe truck smelled like cigarettes, the dash glass was broken, and the driver seat latch was broken in the front of the seat, so you could not adjust it. I’m 5 feet tall, so this was a challenge. The inside of the truck was also very dusty and not that clean. It would have been nice to know that there was no ramp either.
