Lacie JRented me a truck that wasn’t actually available for weekend pickup. I was delayed by appx 45 min of my 4 hour rental trying to figure it out and was not given any credit on price nor extra time on the rental.
Rachel WU-haul app is the most garbage app I've ever used. Links were broken, simple functions not functioning. Had to contact support multiple times to resolve issues, picking up the truck took over a hour, then I wasn't even able to return the truck due to another error, had to contact Shine to get it sorted. Shine is great and responsive. U-haul is terrible, I'll never rent U-haul again, and I recommend no one does, at least until they fix their broke software.
