Gabrielle CWent to the location half hour before scheduled time. I was told that There was only one bus and they could not find the keys. She agent tried to get in contact with management no answer. I waited over 2 hrs. When walking out a customer returned a smaller truck, i reserved it but it had high odor and very dirty. I had to vacuum before use.
