Reserving the U-Haul online was easy but once I got to the location it took nearly 45 minutes to actually do the online check in to pick up. It was absurd. They wanted more security steps than it takes to get through security and on a plane at the airport. Not to mention many of the steps could have been completed prior when I made the reservation. I would love to be compensated for my time or have part of my bill taken off. The check-in process made me late for my appt and took longer than the amount of time I used the truck.
