Very nice customer service, quick turnaround (prompt, friendly greeting and efficient equipment load up). Equipment is always clean and works perfectly! The only issue we ever have is if the computer system and website is very slow. Sometimes details won't load, but not a service location issue. I have also noticed on the consumer end the website and app are very tedious to use. It won't remember my car information and forces me to reenter every time, and takes too long to skip moving services (I rent a small trailer regularly for my work, I don"t want boxes/ storage/movers). Thanks!
