SHAUN PHad a good experience, however, I had told the staff that I may be 1-2 hours late returning the truck depending on the movers and home access and wanted to know if I needed to purchase a whole extra day - and he ensured me that if I gave them a call the morning I was returning and communicated if there would be a delay - if there were no issues in later reservations, it would be no problem. I called first thing when they opened letting them know I might be 2 hours late, and Sean informed me that it was no problem as they had no reservations for that truck later that day. I returned it 1-1.5 hours late from the original 11am time and when I got my final bill, I was charged for another full day of renting. Disappointed to have communicated all of that only to be charged the extra day after all.
