I was charged more than what the UHaul receipt says was the final cost. I called and left a message and never got a call back.

Not knowing that the truck I contracted and ordered would be available at the location I made the reservation. This was not comfortable to me that I would not know which location the truck would be located at until 24 hours or less. Yet on initial conversation before signing lease it was stated 48 hour notice. After signing lease the email came and I would be notified within 24 hours or less. This is confusing.
