We were waiting for about an hour just for someone to come to the desk. It's like they didnt care about uhaul customers I was really upset because the truck did not have the dollies I ordered and they still charged me I was already short on time or I would have stayed and asked about the dollies. Never again
Gabriel C.The amount of gas in the gauge was wrong. I got charged for 3 gallons of gas when I drove only 4 miles. Not sure how 4 miles equates to 3 gallons. Not even sure how you would tell 4 miles of gas would move a needle. The location I rented it from seems to busy to accurately pay attention to details.
