Your customer service representative was really excellent. Despite a line of several customers as the store opened at 9.00am, she dealt with us very efficiently and with a very friendly demeanour. She was great. You need more staff - customers were unable to get calls answered and also the customer assistant had to manipulate vehicles as well as dealing with administrative duties. Other than the slight delay in collecting my vehicle, everything else was very well handled
Michael HDon’t cancel reservations at 11pm the night before a reservation!! Had such a terrible experience, so disorganized and inefficient way to run the business. Ended up getting what I needed but not without hours on the phone getting the run around from multiple departments, multiple reservations, all because someone canceled my reservation the night before as no call no show when it wasn’t.
