William BThe app was difficult to use. I actually spent about 30 minutes on the parking lot trying to figure out how to turn everything in. In fact, I was there to drop everything off before 7 (my agreed upon time). "Park legally," as it says in the app, doesn't tell me whether or not I need access to the gate. The app also does not tell you that you'll need to take pictures of the car and odometer before putting the key in the drop box. It gave me 4 steps, I did the steps, and when I clicked off of the screen saying that I was finished, it wanted me to take pictures of the inside of the car. Well, the last step was to put the key in the drop box.... Overall, it was a good experience, but I'm not impressed with the UX on the app.
