At other establishments, I was taken to the vehicle, and we walked around it. Here, I was given keys and said, "It's out there." The vehicle was not clean, or at least the bare minimum was done to get it ready. The parking is horrible, and an associate had parked right next to the vehicle in the horizontal spot, leaving inches to pull out between their car and the U-Haul parked beside it. When returning, no one cared to look over the vehicle. Customer Service-wise, no one was rude, but they did not work with urgency or courtesy either. It was all just barely floating above average, and you can tell the two lady do not like their jobs!

Keri AHad a couple of times that the truck did NOT want to start... sounded like the battery was dying. But all else was fine. Great service. I'd suggest checking the battery and connections... C S Wilson
CRAIG WThe two women at this location were not getting along the day we were there. Took about a hour and a half to get the truck. The ramp on these trucks should be wider and all the ramp should have less of a sharp angle. It would be great if there were lifts on the back of the trucks.
