When I went to pick up my uhaul, that I had reserved 4 days prior, The women who checked me in had somehow deleted my original contract and then tried to re-do it, which changed my rate, drop off location and somehow flagged me in there system!! I've never had a problem using uhaul before and I understand they are new to the uhaul system so if you do use this location I would strongly advise that you screenshot and save your reservation. I would have been screwed if I hadn't taken the time to screenshot my online reservation. She had to call her superviser who then questioned the validity of my claim and fortunately because I had the screenshots to prove my original reservation he was able to fix it. I'm sure once they get the hang of the computers stem it will be ok but in the meantime I strongly recommend either printing or screenshot your reservation.

JAMES AI rented two trucks, the first one had coffee spilled all over the front dash and the drivers seat. Had not even been looked at or cleaned. The second truck had a windshield I could barely see through and mirrors that were dirty as hell.
