Kindly ensure you provide all relevant information to your clients before delivering a service. I was not told that I will be charged mileage fees separate from the rental fees for the truck I rented and was charged a whooping 57cad for picking stuff at Costco to drop off at Stone ridge, this was separate from the 29cad I was charged for renting. I have used uhaul in the past and this is the first time I was charged this without a mention either. I was also insulted by the person at the front desk (who could barely communicate in English btw) when I challenged why they were giving me a truck that was without a full fuel tank. So many other issues that caused me stress at this location that I will not bother discussing.

I took a picture of the gas tank when we received it and when we returned it after fueling and somehow was charged an extra $48 on top of the rental for fuel when we actually returned it with more fuel then when we picked it up…. Absolutely outrageous

CITLALLI MI have rented from this location twice and will not be returning. During my first rental, I found it concerning that the front desk attendant did not speak English and had to contact a manager to complete my check-in. While the process was eventually completed, clear communication is essential beyond that initial phone call. Once checked in, this same individual was responsible for explaining parking procedures, safety guidelines, and hitch setup. On both occasions, communication was poor and the behavior was unprofessional. When I asked questions or struggled to understand, I was spoken to rudely, laughed at, and yelled at while the attendant continued speaking in his first language. This type of treatment is unacceptable. In addition, both pickup and drop-off took nearly three times as long as they do at other locations, adding unnecessary frustration to an already poor experience. After my first visit, I assumed it may have been an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my second visit confirmed otherwise. The trailer was connected incorrectly to the vehicle, which my husband later identified as unsafe. When I had questioned this setup at pickup, I was again met with yelling and ridicule instead of clarification or assistance. I will not rent from this location again and recommend others proceed with caution. While the location itself is convenient, the customer service and safety standards are not.
