I have rented from this location twice and will not be returning. During my first rental, I found it concerning that the front desk attendant did not speak English and had to contact a manager to complete my check-in. While the process was eventually completed, clear communication is essential beyond that initial phone call. Once checked in, this same individual was responsible for explaining parking procedures, safety guidelines, and hitch setup. On both occasions, communication was poor and the behavior was unprofessional. When I asked questions or struggled to understand, I was spoken to rudely, laughed at, and yelled at while the attendant continued speaking in his first language. This type of treatment is unacceptable. In addition, both pickup and drop-off took nearly three times as long as they do at other locations, adding unnecessary frustration to an already poor experience. After my first visit, I assumed it may have been an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my second visit confirmed otherwise. The trailer was connected incorrectly to the vehicle, which my husband later identified as unsafe. When I had questioned this setup at pickup, I was again met with yelling and ridicule instead of clarification or assistance. I will not rent from this location again and recommend others proceed with caution. While the location itself is convenient, the customer service and safety standards are not.

The man was very hard to understand and the entire process took way too long. He was nice enough though.
Trendon NThe guy working was all over the place and not even paying attention, it was unprofessional in my opinion. He was focused on everything else and had to phone someone on his iPhone to talk to me when he went somewhere else not to be found. So I awkwardly talked to some random man on his phone and wasn’t sure where he went. We went to hook it up and he didn’t come help for 20 minutes so we stood there waiting unsure what to do. When he came out he didn’t speak much English which is fine but the whole time he was yelling at my boyfriend to tighten things and we didn’t understand what he was saying. We also had it rented until 9:30pm and he said we could drop it off the same parking stall it was in, and when we came to drop it off he was no where to be found and the gate was locked. We had to call the 24/7 line and she couldn’t get a hold of the location manager either. Not sure why drop off is available till 9:30 when there is no one there to assist. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would go to any U-Haul location over this car wash one. I think more professionalism needs to be taken into consideration when hiring staff. When I walked in he wasn’t even sure what I was there for.
Ravyn WPick up locatiob was the furthest possible from start location in Saskatoon. Truck's transmission light was on right at the start. Was only truck there, and was a huge language barrier for english to pass along that informatiob and get that truck swapped out in a timely manner before i had to leave. No ID was taken, no proof of drivers license. Just my money. Fuel amount upon drop off of truck was disputed. I had to take my own photo of fuel level and mileage to give to the only attendant who could not tell me in english that there was not enough fuel replaced in the truck and I had to add more than the $50 at the time of drop off so I could go put more in the truck. This resulted in a $47 fee for 27 L of fuel 24 hours later AFTER THE TRUCK HAD LONG SINCE BEEN RETURNED. I rented dozens of trucks this year and last and have never been subjected to this level of POOR customer lack of service EVER and it was directly the result of UHAUL calling me to MAKE ME HAVE TO GO to a location I WOULD NEVER USE and stick to thd rental location on Millar Ave thats close to me and gives me the customer service and customer experience my money deserves. Your policy to NOT rent from my preferred location where I dont have to service myself and can communicate my questions and concerns to be addressed in a timely manner has cost you a customer. I wont rent a truck from uhaul again because of these factors.
