When picking up this equipment it was damaged the person at pick up was unhelpful didn't seem concerned about anything didn't note damage then came up with extra charges rental went up 200 dollars i feel like I was get scammed and still feel that way within 30 minutes check engine light was on and check brake system warning

The owner was hard to understand, rude and a scammer.
JOHN MThe person who was checking me in was very unsure and not familiar with the systems. My bill was $11.00 more than what the original bill was even though I drove less kilometres than on the original estimate. No explanation was given as to why the extra charge.
BRUCE RVehicle did not start due to cold weather. Had to help the person get it jump started. Created stress as we had hired movers for a certain time and it put our start time in jeopardy. Otherwise the rental went well.
Pat BUhaul truck was not washed on the exterior, interior was fairly clean when we picked up, it was missing the radio antenna and cat converter may need replacing as it was rattling, but otherwise it was what we needed to haul
