Reserved a truck to be picked up at a specific location. U-Haul changed it on me. When I arrived vis uber, I had to self check in and retrieve the truck. I looked in the back for the the moving pads I ordered and they were not there. When I asked the clerk for them she said they don’t do that. She said the truck is delivered by U-Haul and you get what you get. She told me if I wanted pads I would need to go to another U-Haul place and get them. I went to where I had reserved the truck and there sat the exact one I had reserved. The clerk who was excellent tried to add pads to my order but could not because the truck was already rented. She called U-Haul and they informed her I would have to return the truck to where I picked it up and come back to rent the truck from her with the pads. Never again.

Location rental was fine. U-Haul experience was terrible. The app does not work. The website did not work. There was a significant delay due to terrible app and support. I will not rent from U-Haul again. Lowe’s has my business.

Alan PThe employee at this location was very helpful. I didn’t realize that this rental was all through rhe U-Haul app. The app is not easy to maneuver around. It’s difficult and very frustrating. Especially when trying to upload pictures and information. I prefer to use a full service location when renting a truck.
