This is not an easy process at these out locations. I believe someone needs to be there to help people with your U-Haul app on their phone. It is not a user friendly site and is very complicated and frustrating for people that are not computer literate.

Jeff HDownloaded u-haul app. Secured rental truck several days before. However, when picking up truck there was a multitude of questions! Was not user friendly. The employee at the counter even had trouble. Chose not to take out insurance. However, the summary showed a $30 charge. I was so frustrated with the whole process I said screwi it! The only thing I can say is “What a nightmare!”
