Person on office handling u-haul reservations was clueless. No training obviously and what should have taken me 5 minutes after online check in took me almost 30 minutes! Putti ng me ion a tighter schedule because this site didn't have a clue as to how to rent a u-haul.

We always seem to have an issue with our drop off when we use uhaul and the drop off location isn't at an actual uhaul store. Twice we've dropped uhauls off on two different occasions and then we were overcharged because uhaul didn't know we'd dropped the uhaul off when we spoke to someone at the location and said we were all set.
