The Uhaul website stated that this location had locks. They had no locks and I had to go to another U-Haul location to get a lock. The truck gas gauge was on “E” when they actually labeled it with a quarter tank. I called the associate and she offered no help. Then there was problems with one of the tires. I had to get a different truck at the other U-haul location on Ogachee Rd after I filled up the truck with gas. This was not an acceptable experience.
JEFFREY SMy Only issue was that the tank was not even 1/4 of a way full. Very disappointed in that. However everything else was good.

MARCELLA TScammed me for 140$-Rent from anyone else, i received the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas and returned it between an 1/8 and 1/4 (basically exactly what i received it with) and they charged me an extra 60$ they also said i could return it after hours for no extra charge, and they charged me an extra full day when i returned it an hour after close
