The individual I worked with was friendly and professional. The location is a bit run down. But they had what we needed and that is all that matters.

Thank goodness we ran into this location. When we first arrived we were already upset. We had a reservation at another location and was told that they could not accommodate us, and was shown another location 20 minutes away. When I called customer service in the booking department the person on the other end was the rudest person I have had the experience to work with. Basically make it sound like it was my fault for booking a one-way truck. Well that person sent me to Stars and Stripes. He couldn’t accommodate a one way trip either, so we were stuck with returning it late in the evening. I think I’m done with U-haul.

Aaron KAfter being sent to 3 locations for a truck I booked over a month ago we got one. Smelled bad - the first 2 places we went and the original location we booked were both horrible! Made to run all over Savannah to find the truck delayed over 3 hours on moving!! U-Haul is awful!!! And after all that they still charged me for it!!! Customer service at its worst!!
