The National UHaul systems was causing fits recently, including when I picked up the trailer in Savannah. When I showed up at 10:30am to pick up the trailer, I was told that the online check-in system was not working well at all. It took an hour before the kind people at Stars & Stripes were able to get me checked in and release the trailer to me. They were very kind and we had a good conversation. The experience at Stars & Stripes was a really good experience. The experience with the UHaul system was VERY POOR. UHaul needs to get this fixed. I have no doubt that this system failure caused many lost customers to UHaul and Stars and Stripes. Stars and Stripes was not to blame at all.

The rental pick up was a breeze the staff were professional and well informed. I was having a rough time getting my order taken care of and the gentleman waiting on me was so kind and patient. The transaction was easy and quick. They also gave a fluent Spanish speaking person on staff . These guys are awesome. I was grateful.
