When I dropped off the truck and wanted to return the key, the owner of the Uhal place was having a verbal argument with the people who were at the business next door. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

JUDALINE MSituationally, this survey is too limited in scope to reflect more per the experience. Truck looked fine, no engine light or other indicators but it broke down with load aboard, restarted, but broke down on hwy after unloading. Took couple of hours but Uhaul through Uber got us home. Nice people work at location, was mostly reimbursed.
SHANNON SAmazing service here, BUT there really needs to be a flat rate gas option for far drives, I had to pay almost $300 in gas alone for the last U-haul I ordered. I will NOT be recommending U-haul to friends and family in the future due to these outrageous prices.
