My mileage charge was changed twice from $54 yesterday to $70 a day. I didn’t use over 20 or 25 miles. There’s no way I should’ve been charged 54 and then today $70 and also what happened to the $19 a day U-Haul price that was online I only had the truck 2 1/2 hours. It wasn’t even three hours. This place was very disappointing. I would never use U-Haul again. This is the second time that me and my husband have been unsatisfied with U-Haul with changing other rates and being overcharged being charged one price and then the next day they have charged a different price and additional charges that wasn’t discussed before adding unexplained charges
