I see no improvements necessary. The manager at the location was very helpful and easy to work with. Everything suited our needs and expectations.

Staff the position! Or let the renter know that there won't be any one at the location and they will need to fill out a lot of information online. The person who answered the phone # left in the window gave us another phone # to call. Took approx 25 mins to get the code to unlock the box and get the key. Also I ordered a car trailer which I found out the day before was not available at the location I was picking up the truck. Also I ordered packing blankets. None were provided. The 2 loaders were sent to the original requested pick-up location after I had given Ronnie the address the previous day. The 2 loaders were the only bright spot in this experience. They were courteous and quick. Five stars for them.
