Fill the tank up all the way. That way when customers return the truck to you, we aren't guessing at how much gas we need to put in to keep it at the spot it was in when we rented it. We can just fill the tank all the way up. It feels like a scam. In order not to get fined, customers may over fill. Not fair! Fix that.

I was overcharged but after I brought it up with uhaul themselves it was corrected quickly.

Over charged me 10 miles but let me use truck 2 days. 8'364 miles not 8'354 miles when I got the truck. all is fine.

Was a lot of roaches in the truck I rented. Bought a can of Raid and used it before loading my stuff. You might take this into consideration and treat your equipment regularly! Thanks...

Jessica Hancock at Jessica's Tanning helped us set it all up. She was very helpful and professional! I will use and recommend her again next time!

Dealer could not apply veteran's discounts! Why? Been nice to have gotten a little price breaks that UHaul always gives to us veterans.

I was impressed with the overall experience. Bonnie was great at explaining all the details. She was very friendly and patient.

Make sure that vehicle is checked in to ensure that a call isn’t made asking for a return of a vehicle that has been turned in.

Dealer should make it easier for clients to pick up trailer. I had to do some tricky maneuvers in the pouring rain to exit the fenced in area at the lot.

The self check-in worked great!

When I did my Uhaul order I choose NO insurance. When I picked up my trailer the gentlemen behind the counter never went over anything with me. In fact he added insurance to my Uhaul trailer which I denied when I did my order and even when I did my check In on line. It to this gentlemen 20 minutes to check me out, I never used the Ingenico machine to go over my reservation with the gentlemen. Then came the time to hook up the trailer. The gentlemen behind the counter handed me my papers and pointed out the door at the trailers and told me which one was mine and told me just back up to it and hook it up MYSELF and leave. Now I worked for Uhaul for almost 6 years in MCO 757 in the traffic department. And I know for a fact, that customers are not suppose to be hooking up their own trailers. Nor is their suppose to be additional items added to customers orders when the customer had already denied this on check in. I want to know WHY is this being allowed at a Uhaul dealer? And why did this gentlemen take it upon himself to add insurance to my order on check out when I denied it???

Keeping the equipment inspected is high priority , I found bolts loose on front brace on the dolly . Overall the visit was excellent .

I still don't know what I was charged mileage on the truck but I'm sure it wasn't 70 miles.I'm expecting less than I was originally estimated.
