Jason was awesome and very responsive. He made my move so much better just having the peace of mind. The truck was awesome and the service was wonderful.
LAURIE DIt was roaches in one U-Haul and I told he guy about it and he was rude the whole time. I ended up paying 210 for one day feels like I was over paying he said he’ll give me an extra day if I gave him a good review but still paid for it. He threw all the covers out in the parking lot when I said I didn’t need them. I will never rent U-Haul again
RYAN WWhen I got the truck, after opening it, it was full of roaches and had a terrible stench. Truck was not cleaned or swept and the location did not check the truck for the bugs
