He was not very friendly. The Internet was down. I understand that wasn't their fault. I also had none. So I stood there for a half hour waiting for it to come back on. I was going to run to the store instead of waiting but he wanted to leave as soon as I was checked out. He wanted me to be back in 20 minutes. I was picking up at 9:30 and they were supposed to be open till 2. So I stood there and waited for about a half hour.
Gail ARental was easy to reserve and he was very friendly. Pulled up to pick up trailer and he came out and got me hooked up and verified all lights were working. We were in and out very quickly. When I dropped it off, we had the same great customer service. Very professional.
