Raj was very accommodating with pick-up time requests. Van and Tow Dolly was available - everything else I requested/rented was not available?! Location was out of the way which ended up adding extra KM's not planned for resulting in an extra charge. I booked at a location closer to home a month in advance - there were numerous other locations closer to home - yet sending us out to nearly Markham to pick up a vehicle was not cool when we live downtown Toronto! Cab overall was clean except the melted chocolate bar left in one of the cup holders. It was nice to drive a brand new vehicle with that 'new car smell' still in it. Other than the minor inconveniences it was overall a satisfactory experience.

this was our first experience with this type of location
Jeffrey RSent an email to customer service and the email attached to receipt about our concerns. Equipment was not properly put on, chains were frail, and one of the hooks were broken. A neighbour noticed these things for us and we had to go to a different location to have things fixed. If our neighbour didn’t notice we could’ve been injured or worse and also could’ve injured other people. Very unhappy with our experience.
Robert VIt was really nice to meet with Raj. He was very professional and super helpful during rental and the truck was kept in great condition.
