Nothing, except not use this location, or if you choose to continue, there needs to be signage at the address indicating that U-Haul is at the back of the building. I was driving around for one and a half hours because there's no signs. The other businesses that share the building have signs but not U-Haul. I followed another car to the back of the building and finally found them located inside a bakery. The little sign was attached to a wall next to the bakery. Very unpleasant experience. No customer service area setup to distinguish U-Haul from the bakery. Customer service was not good. I would never go there again or recommend them to anyone. The van looked like it had never been cleaned.
Georgia M.They're cheaters. Charged twice. There are already many reviews that tell the same story. If still you need the take the van from here just make sure you take all the pictures before the pickup and after the drop off.
Karamvir S.You literally rent a truck from a bakery which is VERY confusing. The people there are lovely and helpful but it just does not make intuitive sense. The right wiper blade did not work and it rained a lot, not good.
Michael P.No person present on site to give me the vehicle and I had to wait 15 mins for info on how to get access. The vehicle was covered in cardboard and plaster when I received it.
