PATRICK M.I have not received the reimbursement of the deposit on my credit card yet. This should be done when we bring back the equipment. The inspection was done and everything was fine. This is not acceptable. The deposit was available right, it should be the same for the reimbursement.
JOSEE V.1 person only to serve guests so if there is more than 2 people in line, it will take a long time to get served. Brought the truck back with the same level of gas as when I got it and they charged me an extra 15$. The guy said that maybe between when he started the truck to when I left with it after signing the contract that the gas when down from where he said it was so it was my fault. I took pictures of before and after of the gas and sent it to Uhaul to get reimbursed my 15$ since the guy at the rental did not want to understand that the gas was returned exactly where It was when I took it. Stubborn
