The problem was this is not the location I originally made my reservations from a MONTH ago. Because the truck was not returned I had to find another location. If I make and confirm a reservation the equipment should be there for me. I shouldn't have to waist time chaising down where to find what I ordered.

Parking was extremely limited, also the van had low tire pressure in the rear right tire when it was given to me. However, the van was in excellent condition, it was immaculate and didn't even have 6000 miles/10000 km on it!!

Hi, When I made an online booking from U-HAUL, I have received an email about the location and order confirmation. When I am at the location I couldn't find the car and the office is closed. When we called U-HAUL customer care we were told the location is changed (Please note, no email notification is sent to me about it). I booked an UBER to rush to the new location and found the car. Once I go to my account and start the order I have been rejected. Then we walked into the shop and made a new booking. The experience was tough and costs me a lot due to change of location and confusions. I am sure U-HAUL can provide some compensation valuing my time and money spent in my last Order

This place have a faulty van with broken sensor which charges high. I drove around 15 km but they charged me for 76km. Not recommended at all.

The location was somewhat difficult to find because the Uhaul sign was pretty small. The personnel was helpful though.

My pickup location was changed from one location to another after i received my booking receipt, which did not open until 11:00am. I had the new location call me twice to change my pick up times to make it convenient for them. I spent 50 minutes at the store at 8:00am for the clerk to figure out what i had reserved for. The first contract was a return to Toronto even though i booked on line to drop off in Kingston. The second contract had a return location drop off in London Ontario. The clerk did not know how to fix this and was told that a FM (manager) was to call me and correct the return location, so I had to sign off a return in London and hope that this was all going to happen. Then I find out that he entered 240km on the contract and not 300km as I booked on line. So i got charged an extra $27. Apparently customer service will credit this, but its Monday and have not been credited yet.

Back of trucked leaked while raining. All our stuff got wet. Was not impressed. Will not be renting from U-haul again.

I was happy to rent the wan or cube van and I was told up to 50 kilometer is free and then there is going to be charges exceeding 50k per/k, but after I returned the truck after 5-6 hours and I was happy I got a good deal. Next day I called to the u-Haul to asked what was the amount put on my credit card I was told for every kilometer I have been charged and it added up to something like $60 and maybe some change I don't remember it now. I was very upset and angry to be conned by the U-Haul's attendant, when I asked him what was that free 50k he said that comes with the default, what a Bullshit and then I had to call customer service and the charges was reversed. The cube van that I rented is not fit or road worthy, I knew that I will be able to get my work done but for long distance and heavy load you should change the R/F bearing. I wish the attendant was a truthful person and therefor I would rate the whole service excellent, but unfortunately that was not the case. Regards Siamak Tadayon

I've rented truck from UHaul before and always had good experience. This one has been the worst experience. I was charged extra for the fuel when I got it at the same level. The lady at the counter couldn't talk English and the manager on the phone told me that I have to get the gas for at least 10 bucks even if I have driven the uhaul truck for a kilometer. I have been charged $7.80 for 9 km of usage even though I got 4 liters of gas in the truck and got the level to the same. Pathetic uhaul experience and bad customer service at this location.

When trying to re-fill the tank to the previous level, the guage did not work properly. As a result, I filled the tank to 3/4, costing me $30.00, when $10.00 to $15.00 would have been appropriate. We brought the vehicle back with a reading of 1 km more than our agreement. We are being billed for $0.66. I want to be re-imbursed for at least $15.00, for the extra gas.

When we return the truck after 5 hrs. the store was close (@ 3pm) and other customers are even waiting outside.We called the store owner and we were instructed to drop the key in the drop off box and the bill will be sent by e-mail. When we rec'd . The bill through e-mail we were charge extra $25.00 + tax for what he said to be cleaning fee. The only thing inside the van was 2 small cardboard measuring 2 sq. ft. and the rest of the truck condition was the same as when we pick it up. If someone was there when we return it we could just pick it up and it would not even take us a second to Remove it. And they charge us $25.00 + tax for that. It's a rip-off! We are not very happy about it. His service sucks! Uhaul company shld. Do something about it. There shld. be a face to face customer service to avoid this ridiculous charges!??
