Keep gas tank FULL. Customer has no accurate way to determine amount of fuel needed when returning truck. Eg. 'slightly below half of tank's I put in $15. & Charged another $16 . So my gas cost was $31. for 33 miles Also milage charge is too high - $1.19 /km

Amazing service
Erik KThe experience was not good. I had a booking at 10:00 AM and the location was closed. I called the guy, he mentioned that he is on way and will be there in 10 minutes but he reached there at 10:35 AM. When I asked him about the late arrival, he mentioned that he checked last evening and he didn’t find any booking on my name. I showed him the booking but he was in a denial mode. However, I picked the truck and didn’t argue much as I was already late.

KATHY MLast minute location change. 5 minutes before my pick up time I got a call saying I had to go to a different location, very far from my original pick up. Moving blankets requested were not in the vehicle and I was still charged for them, I had to call and ask for a refund. The service at the location was terrible, the person was on the phone taking a personal call all the time, I was alone but had to wait a long time, unable to help with check-in.
