Mohsen SRecommend that when dropping off after hours, go through the process and take all the required pictures before locking up. I didn't realize so many were required. Other than that, Jimmy was very helpful and patient with my questions.

For the app I couldn’t take pictures to show condition of the car before driving it which was frustrating , but I was able to upload images of the car after delivery successfully . The location was close to my house and overall the experience was good and simple.
AMIN AI only needed the rental for a few hours. Customers have various needs, and though I did get what I needed, the professionalism needs to be turned up, and the scrutiny turned down.

Lots of Chinese signs and Chinese promotions made me feel uncomfortable what other business theyre running and how theyll sell my information. This is canada, you either promote in English and French. They even had alipay as a payment method, a method under strick control of the CCP. Unacceptable business practice in my opinion.

ARCHIT VI appreciated that the service gentleman who was taller than I & took the pictures for the submission for the roof of the truck. He made the process way faster & with less confusion than I would have accomplished. Last time I had a different phone which had no memory space. Taking pictures was an even bigger problem then. With the gentleman’s help the process was cut to a third of the time & allowed me to get to work on time.

JOSEPHIN VI really couldn't comment on what there is to improve during this experience. The gentlemen on the counter was very helpful and instructive and flexible. While he told me his name I have forgotten it, but hope good things for him. He helped me navigate the app effectively and helped me overcome the steps that I would not have figured out on my own. The return process whereby the attendant does the steps is helpful, since the last time I tried to return a truck it required me to take gazillion pictures on my phone which at that time had no memory left to take any pictures. The whole process on that occasion took way longer than the 15 minutes it promised and that I actually had time for and still get to my next commitment on time. The attendant at that time showed up and rescued me from a very frustrating experience.

Chimene KIf there is a problem with any vechiles such as pervious issues that the customers should be aware of before the inspection takes place and leaves the premises. I found out after when I ran into problems that inconvenienced me and the the Associates admitted that they knew of the issues with with the vechile that is not good customer service. Associates should be more honest and not hide issues with a vechile and let the customer find out after to inconvenience them ruin their plans because the customer can give a very bad review about the experience.
