Greetings! The truck was excellent, and the Agent that looked after me was also very helpful. My only concern was your reservation process. The agent that I use often, is not on the App. I had to go on the web to make the first booking. That went fine. When I dropped in to the initial booking agent, I was told that the truck was actually coming from a different place and that I had to go there. Again not a huge issue, I had to rearrange my ride, since this was one-way. I arrived and found the truck, all was well, however there were no Dollies, which were in the initial reservation. Since there were no personnel available, I went to the Warden Location where I usually do my business. I wrongly assumed that there would be Dollies there, and found out that there were none. This was a big problem for us at the last minute. Had I been told there were no dollies available, I would have made other arrangements. I am a senior and so were my helpers, and we have lots of boxes to be moved from an apartment. Further, the Warden location rep singled me out in a busy line and made this announcement with NO options. I believe that this might have been done with a bit more courtesy. I will not be patronizing that location again. I had to go to a local hardware store and purchase two wooden carts. A minor issue, all in all, the trip went well the truck was fine, the drop off was also fine, I will continue to use and recommend U-Haul in the future. Thank You!
