I had a scheduled 7:00 PM truck pickup at this location yesterday. I arrived at 6:58 PM, but the office was locked and no one was there. The U-Haul app told me to call customer service, which had a wait time of over an hour. When I called the rental location directly, I was told to wait 45 minutes. With nothing nearby, I had no choice but to stand outside in the scorching sun. After 45 minutes, I called again and was told they still hadn’t arrived and to wait another 20 minutes. It took yet another 25 minutes before they finally said they were inside. I didn’t get into the office until 8:15 PM and didn’t receive the truck until nearly 8:45 PM — almost two hours late. This unacceptable delay completely ruined my moving plans. I had already arranged for help to assist with the move, but because of the long wait I was forced to cancel that arrangement. The repeated delays, terrible communication, and having to wait in extreme heat for nearly two hours was extremely frustrating and disappointing. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

the first truck we got is full of tires and we spent an hour to pick up and switching second truck. the staff is super slow and keep talking on phone while doing check in. This is unacceptable as moving is time sensitive which affect moving in/out as we reserved lift at specific time.
Tsz HBefore I returned the vehicle I filled it up to the proper level and amazingly I got charged 43.00 for gas. Customer service was friendly and fast. At the end they will get you for extra money any way they can. They did not want to go over the truck at the time of drop off. Only after a couple of days was my receipt emailed to me.When it was to late for me to prove I did put gas in. I still have the gas receipt.
Dimitrios TThe hours of operations needs to be updated. I reserved my rental for 930Am. Waited til 10am before someone arrived. Advised I booked for 930 and employee said they don’t open until 10. U-Haul and this location need to update their information!
CHARLIE CI was overcharged, I tried contacting them no response at all Would never recommend anyone.
