Hi Team, I want to report that the vehicle was completely covered in snow and there wasn't a shovel or brush to clean up the window shield and windows. I somehow cleaned it by hand and took it to my home and cleaned it properly. I would request to consider this and include a shovel/brush in the van.

Syed BDishonest vendor. Will misread fuel charge on purpose to nickel and dime you. Will charge coverage despite renter selecting no coverage.
Hung SPut a sign of U-hall and tell in advance what charges are gonna made is coverage compulsory or not because in app it wasn’t but when it comes to payment it was.
