RUSLAN ZThese people were very nice and tried to help us as much as they could. I feel she went above and beyond to help us. It the regs that had to be followed that were the biggest problem. We were suppose to to have 2 men to transfer the load to the new truck. We we would have had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for them to get there. We did it ourselves because we had family that drove 3 hours to help us when they found out we had been on the side of the road for 7 hours!
BARBARA Abeginning and end January i have rented a 15 ft truck several times from Hair Hut with outstanding service, I have highest respect and experience with this uhaul location
judy tDona was friendly and helpful with rental and information as well as resources. It's nice to have a friendly person to rent from. Most of the time they don't even talk to you. I didnt get credit for the extra gas from corporate like it said I would though. That was annoying.
