These people were very nice and tried to help us as much as they could. I feel she went above and beyond to help us. It the regs that had to be followed that were the biggest problem. We were suppose to to have 2 men to transfer the load to the new truck. We we would have had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for them to get there. We did it ourselves because we had family that drove 3 hours to help us when they found out we had been on the side of the road for 7 hours!

beginning and end January i have rented a 15 ft truck several times from Hair Hut with outstanding service, I have highest respect and experience with this uhaul location
judy tDona was friendly and helpful with rental and information as well as resources. It's nice to have a friendly person to rent from. Most of the time they don't even talk to you. I didnt get credit for the extra gas from corporate like it said I would though. That was annoying.
MELANIE LDonna was EXCELLENT! We had a long trip from Long Island to Schenevus and she called the day prior arrival just to make sure that all was in order and let us know she would be there. She also explained the drop of procedure, which was very helpful. I would always recommend this location.
