Overall really good experience. Had a little trouble with the app letting me know that I had completed the steps for returning the truck and what to do with the key. It did resolve by clicking around the site fairly quickly. Overall good experience . Got the job done!!

Very easy to find easy drop off

Christopher HReceived same day notice vehicle was not available, had to drive 30 minutes to pickup another truck. Truck was dirty and only had 1/4 tank of gas. Did get a discount on mileage but had an hour commute to pickup/return. Was not able to return to my local U-Haul location. Will not rent from them again.
