Received same day notice vehicle was not available, had to drive 30 minutes to pickup another truck. Truck was dirty and only had 1/4 tank of gas. Did get a discount on mileage but had an hour commute to pickup/return. Was not able to return to my local U-Haul location. Will not rent from them again.
