Would have liked to received conformation/paper work that rental was checked in before leaving lot. Personnel said find a place and park it and he will check it in later.

MATTHEW WCustomer service was great but the 20 footer truck wasn't cleaned out and had dirty moving blankets from last renter.
Jonathan MI had this truck earlier and reported that the mirrors on the drivers side would not stay in place. Still won't. Also the truck was very nasty.
LaDonna GThey told me to drop the u-haul off at a different location, and I got charged for it. They did not inform me that this could be a possibility.
