I'm being charged an extra fee because I called and got a new drop-off location. How is it when one calls and gets a new drop-off approved do you have the balls to then say it is the wrong location and try to weasel another 50 dollars.

Terry CConsider adjusting rates for someone looking for a truck of a smaller size. “Rate down” if you will. Especially if the truck is only needed for a few hours to properly remove the remaining materials from their onsite storage space.
David BComputers were down so we couldnt rent when we needed it. Not their fault but we left number and they were supposed to call when we could. They did not. The young man that morning was not rude but just generally unprofessional. The truck was dirty and smelled bad in the cab and we got charged a cleaning fee when we turned it in.
