They need help there was one person checking folks In and the process was super slow. I even checked I. O line before arrival to the store but didn’t speed the process at all. Overall though it was good experience and would use again

Anthony TThe truck I picked up had a low tire, which I observed and made staff aware. I was told since I had already completed rental paperwork , it was now my responsibility. I was given the number to call for roadside assistance, even though I had not moved the truck yet. So I waited over two hours for service truck to come before a new tire was put on. Afterward it took another two and a half hours to load the truck. By this time I was hot and tired and not able to drive where I needed to go. So this delay cost me a nights stay in a hotel, which was out of my pocket. Also, next day after driving a few miles, I discovered the air conditioner wasn't working. So I had to drive four hours with the window down. My shirt was pretty wet when getting to my destination. I think I will check with the competition next time I need to rent a truck.
