Location was not open the hours posted on the website. There was no one available to help with returning the truck. The internet website did not work at this location. Returned truck to their desired location and was charged for additional miles which I was told would not happen.

Everytime I have to go pickup a truck or trailer there always seems to be system issues with the U-Haul website that they use.
