I was charged fir not enough fuel even though I made sure it had 5/8ths of a tank as required. I'll never use uhaul again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Bigger sign for drop box would be nice, it was hard to identify at first.

Robert AThe employee failed to tighten the hitch coupler causing the trailer to come off the ball on the freeway. I managed to safely move to the shoulder without damage to my tow vehicle. The employee also did not attach the brake chain and when I asked before leaving he said it wasn't required but I failed to have him hook it up anyway. After the trailer detached on the freeway I did hook that up after hooking the trailer back up.
