LUKAS SThe truck was not serviced / cleaned when I picked it up. The movers hired through U-Haul had to clean out the truck and made mention they've never seen a U-Haul in such poor condition. It ended up damaging my mattress pad. I've had positive UHaul experiences in the past and this was disappointing.
Jordyn RThe cargo area was mostly clean, but contained several moving blankets and a dolly which I had not rented. I don't think anyone checked it after the last person returned it. I swept out my debris plus a lot of theirs.
