MICHAEL BI was charged an additional $40 bringing my total from $70-$110. This is by the time we finished checking out I was 30 min late. Yet my time wasn’t extended in the morning when it took well over a half hour to get the rig. Disappointing. The increase seems completely unfair
Jodi SI was overcharged. On the receipt is says that "If you have any questions or concerns about your moving experience or the attached receipt, please contact us at 958001_AFM@uhaul.com". I wrote to that email address about the excess charges but received no reply yet. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
