I was charged for fuel, despite having already filled up to the amount that it had when I picked the truck up. Called the business back after getting hung up on by one employee, I got nothing from the second employee.

I rent a van from this location annually. Each time I get a different experience but what seems to be consistent is that I receive bad customer service. This year the agent gave me a van without an electronic key for locking and unlocking. She did not show me where to find my van and I’m left wandering around the lot looking for my rental. No one walked me around my van to show previous scratches and dents. The agent did not review to drop off time before printing the contract with me and when I asked to change the return time, she seemed to be bothered. I love the convenience of the location and good quality of the vans but renting has never been a pleasant experience with the staff. I will continue to be a loyal customer and I hope for better service in the future. On a side note, in general, returning the van is always an efficient process. My only suggestion is that the agent review the final cost with me before I depart the premise. I didn’t see the final charges until I saw my emailed receipt later that day.

the initial experience was fine. gas was not accurate. called back less then a mile from facility. took a photo. was told it would be ok. returned truck 5 hrs later. handed keys to rep inside. no employee was in return lane. i had gas receipt. i was told i wouldn't be charged for gas. the next day i was alerted that the truck was still not checked in and if i didnt return i would be charged an extra day. called again in the morning and was told that i wouldnt be charged. alerted in the evening via text that the truck still hadn't been returned. called again in the evening and i was told it was a mistake and i wouldnt be charged and the manager was being alerted and that they would contact me. the next day i was charged for the gas and the extra day rental charges. four calls totaling over an hour. terrible experience. i rented a trailer from a different location the next day and the service was flawless even though they were equally busy

Scheduled mobile pick-up @ 8am Sunday 9.29.19. System was down, was not able to pick-up rental until after 9am. Received no call from Uhaul to notify me, reschedule, nor was I provided any kind of discount/reconciliation. Ended up delaying entire move day and extended mover time.

When both the only 2 customer service reps were helping 2 guys with a problem with the hitch and something not being available, After 10 minutes one of them could address that I am there and let me know how long the wait will be or help me cause they did not need 2 people helping these guys. Maybe the guy was new and didn’t know to help the next person in line. But it’s only good customer service to recognize you customer is waiting.

Well I waited over an hour in line. Then when getting help, the computer kept crashing so it took over 25 minutes to finally get the truck that I rented. I also had rented a dolly and when I asked about it - he said - we don’t have any and I said i but I reserved one on Monday and he responded - but we don’t have any. I asked About the large appliance dolly and he said yes we have that and I asked it I could get it for the 7 dollars instead of the 10. He says - I’ll have to ask my manager . She piped in and said yes. He should have suggested that dolly in the first place She actually was the one that finished up my rental cause his computer wasn’t working - kept crashing. She was good. Very frustrated that it took over an hour to get my truck. I had a reservation.

I've rented from this location a lot. I've only ever rented trucks before, but this time was a trailer. On pick-up, all three staff members were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me troubleshoot my (turns out) defective trailer light adaptor. Drop-off was a different experience. It was about 15 minutes until my return time of 10:00am. There was about 15-20 people in line and all of them were picking up. There is not a separate line for drop-offs only. This is an issue. I was able to return the trailer on my own through the website's after hours returns process, but if I hadn't, I would have been late returning the trailer due to the long line.

The guys that assisted us looked very uninterested in giving a positive customer experience, what is worse when we came back after hours (7pm) they were still hanging out in the area. We parked and were clearly confused as to how to return the truck because they were still there, and they ignored us and then closed the door, it was very rude and honestly it looked like if a gang was hanging out in the parking lot

Again, back to the website issues. Since there is no provision for that feedback, I will say that it took 5 phone calls and 2 e-mails to try to pre-register online and select the drop off point. None were successful. Your website is terrible and your IT personnel don't seem to know what they are doing. I won't use the website again.

The young women who checked me out was the BEST! Not only getting my paper work out, explaining and suggesting why I should take the trailer coverage, but durning hook up she pointed out slightly frayed wire on my connector, suggested and then switched my receiver and ball to raise the tongue to the proper height ( which NO other person has ever suggested) and showed me the proper way to set the chains and secure the ball clamp. This was my 3 trailer rental and I thought I understood how to hook up etc, I wish I had gotten her name. This was the absolute best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had!

We reserved a 20’ truck but had to settle for a 17’. The one we used was shaking like it needed an alignment. I wanted to return tape but they weren’t able to because management wasn’t working. Not very customer service oriented.

More staff on Weekends. This is a VERY popular location and it frustrates those who are in a hurry. I am rarely in a hurry. Nonetheless, it is the frustrated types that leave negative reviews (even if the real issue is their lack of patience). My $0.02. Your mileage may vary.

Staff was not very friendly on the phone or informative over the phone. Seemed like they wanted to rush off the phone. In person the staff was nice, but the staff did not walk me to my van, I had to wander the parking lot to find it. Returning the van was very easy.
