The $19.95 rental price advertised is REALLY DECEIVING! The $19.95 turns into a $200 bill in no time, and is not honest with the customer. Very misleading.

This was a great experience. I was able to get everything I needed, even last minute (I had hired movers that refused to do it last minute). I received great customer service from everyone I spoke with and was even able to switch trucks when the first one wasn't as clean as we would have liked. I would recommend this location every time.

This was a terrible experience. Not only was I extremely inconvenienced by this service I am still having issues as a result. I was unable to pick up the vehicle at the specified time due to the app not working. It took me 1 hr to get into contact with support thats 24/7. Because I was in a rush to then move my furniture and return the van on time I punctured a hole in a new leather couch. And finally I was double charged, which has resulted in me missing another payment and being charged late fees. I am extremely disappointed in your services and i will be calling in to receive a full refund.

My personal experience with the people I worked with there was great. Everyone was nice and helpful. However on the day of our pickup, an older gentleman, I believe the manager, had a less agreeable customer and he was kind of belligerent with him right off the bat. I know we all hate annoying customers, but it's still a better idea to kill with kindness as it were.

I originally made my U-Haul reservation for the location at Juneau St. Market. At this location, I came to find out that the mattress slip I had ordered was not there, and that I would have to go to the other location to pick it up. I was extremely frustrated as I was not looking to make multiple trips, and was on a very tight time crunch. I was not happy that U-Haul didn't specify the Juneau St. Market would not be prepared for my reservation I had made in advance. I called and spoke to Anna at the location on 35th who was VERY helpful, even through my stressed out demeanor. She helped me switch my truck reservation over to her location and made the process quick and easy. Thank you Anna for fixing everything for me!

Truck drop off was a breeze, however on an earlier visit to this location I witnessed a typical example of poor customer service. The customer in front of us told the Uhaul counter person that they had "...just talked to you and reserved a [truck]". The gal behind the counter promptly said, "You didn't talk to me", to which the customer said, "Well maybe it was someone else". She replied with, "nope. we haven't answered the phone all morning". The customer then asked for his reserved truck, but it couldn't be found. At this point, the customer was getting frustrated stating that he had just reserved it 15 minutes earlier. The counter person then said that the call probably went through a call center not located on site. Things just got worse from there while the line of waiting customers got longer— clerk called for the manager (who didn't show up btw), customer asked for an apology for "the attitude", the clerk refused to apologize, etc, etc. Turns out the reservation couldn't be found because of a typo in his name. All of this could have been avoided with a little customer service training... "I just talked to you..." "It wasn't me, but it was probably one of our friendly staff members at our call center"..."I can't seem to find the reservation, but let me check all the names that reserved that type of truck this morning and see why it isn't showing up...." . Simple things that would have made everyone happy. To be fair, on return visits to this location to pick up more moving supplies I've had great interactions with other staff members. Very friendly and helpful.

When you reserve blankets to protect your furniture, UHaul should provide them. There were none. Also, my van smelled like marijuana. You should have a strict policy that does not allow smoking in the truck

There is a uhaul promotion sticker that runs across the top of the windshield that's permanently there... kind of where the top of the windshield tinting is. I'm taller and it made it harder to see the road. The entire vehicle is well branded with "uhaul" logo'ing so no need for this additional logo. If you could do one thing (and improve safety at the same time) it would be to remove that windshield uhaul logo'ing.

Horrible experience. I needed a utility trailer to haul a load of 16' lumbar one way from Seattle to Newport Or I went to the Newport U Haul and talked to Lonnie. I asked him, whether I should rent his trailer and go to Seattle, pick up the load and bring it back down to Newport. He recommended to rent the trailer from Seattle for one way, haul the lumber to Newport and return the trailer to him. This is what I did. But Seattle said there was no one way utility trailer rentals. We checked the whole Seattle, and even though there were many 9' utility trailers none could be used one way. So I rented a itrailer, drove it down to Newport, then returned it the next day to Seattle, then returned to Newport. This resulted in 12 wasted hours driving time and about 600 miles on my truck. This was all because Lonnie gave me wrong information.

Better information on 24 hour call center. Trailer had a flat tire after 8 pm, many miles away from home. The only option for me was to wait hours for roadside assistance and they COULD NOT TELL ME WHETHER I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE. I ended up fixing the tire myself. No compensation, no reduction in price, not the fault of the location, but all in all a very unsatisfactory experience.

The gas tank was not full. I had to put more gasoline in the tank than I used for my 20 mile trip. Not happy with that.

office seemed disorganized and in a hurry when explaining my rental to me. in particular, the after hours drop off process was not explained clearly and i was not aware that the on-line drop off/return process was going to be so lengthy and also was not informed that i would be asked for a number of photos of the truck (which i had already dropped off and did not do the on-line drop off part until i got home because it was already after dark).
