Last rental was a disaster and you didn't give a damn. The same person that checked me in last time remembered me from before. That one else was a 2 axle trailer that "DIDN'T" have any brakes. I asked him how they checked the brakes to see if they work or not. UHAUL DOES NOT CHECK TO SEE IF THEY WORK OR NOT. IT COST ME OVER $500.00 TO REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKES ON MY GMAIL. I WAS VERY CLOSE TO REAR ENDING A CAR ON A DOWN HILLMOUNTAIN GRADE.

Please hire more people to work the desk, and train the staff to do BOTH storage and vehicle rentals. There was a person sitting there who could not help me when I came to rent my van, so I had to wait 30 minutes to get help. When I came to return the van, someone who had a storage unit had spread out all her boxes in the open lane outside, so I had to help her move her stuff in order to pull the van through. Sorry but that's not cool, when the office is open and employees are around. I'm going back to Enterprise for my next rental.

1. I checked in early via online but still had to wait 15 min for the paper work to go through. 2. The representative did not pull the vehicle for me after the 15 minute wait and I was blocked in by another vehicle for another 15 minute before the representative came to move it. 3. Also representative was very defensive when I corrected her about the incorrect mpg of the vehicle I rented.

The young girl at the counter with the tattoos on her hands looked like she would rather be drinking acid than helping customers. She yawned and put her head down so many times while setting me up it was ridiculous. Horrible attitude and even worse service from her.

Please hire additional staff. Place was too busy for one employee to manage. It is very inefficient for the same person to process a reservation, run out and get the truck, then come back and give you the contract. In the meantime, other customers are waiting both to return equipment and rent equipment.

This is the closest UHaul to me. But I waited in line for over 45 minutes to pick up my truck that I reserved. Location was understaffed for the last day of the month (when everyone is moving). The truck was completely banged up, and when asked to walk around to check if there was any damage to the truck un-noted, I seriously had no idea how there wasn't one giant sticker on the entire truck. It also had some serious transmission issues. Luckily I only drove 2-3 miles total in the truck. But UHaul still charged me $50 to fill the tank back up. I realize this is your policy, but seriously!? $50? I sincerely doubt that money goes towards the 15 minutes it took for the employees to add $0.50 worth of gas back into the tank. I will probably use you again, since you are the closest option. I've just learned not to expect much, so as not to be disappointed.

The location lost my truck on their lot after I checked it in with the employee, and then called the next day saying I'm being an inconvenience to them by not bringing my truck back, and then I got charged for another day of rental and double moving coverage. The employee also started to get really snappy at my on the phone so he just transferred me over to customer service. This has taken a few days to be resolved and in still not finished with it. Also, to mention, I planned on using u-haul to move again in only two weeks, but I don't know about that now.

The extra fees are exorbitant. The stated rate was $19/day and when all said and done it was $95. Not a good customer experience. The fee structure is so misleading. I'm thoroughly disappointed.

I had 2 distinctly different experiences at this location, the assistant manager the morning I picked the trailer up might recall I told her that her customer service was piss poor, I dreaded seeing her upon my return. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff composed of the sr. manager and one employee (sorry I didn't get names) on duty as my motorcycle had a flat tire when we took it off the trailer and had to leave it overnight. They had me put the bike in a safe spot where security cameras were installed. I would recommend that the assistant manager on duty the morning of the 29th, August find a job where dealing with the public is not required, the staff on duty the afternoon of the 12th August should be at the last told how thankful I am for their help and kindness.

MY ORIGINAL PICKUP LOCATION WAS ON RANIER STREET. These people were just AWFUL, HORRIBLE, DREADFUL. BAD BAD BAD They said they did not have my vehicle even thought it was confirmed. They sent me across town to another facility--which was great--but it was RUSH HOUR! They Ranier people wasted an hour of my time while loaders were waiting. THIS WAS AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Moving is too hard to deal with bad people like the ones at Ranier Street!

I was charged for a cleaning fee after using the truck for no more than 4 hours and leaving it in perfect condition with all of the rented equipment accounted for. Adding a $25.00 charge to my credit card for no reason and without any explanation is appalling.

The "old fashioned" staff was extremely slow at their service. The person I worked with barely had a clue about my basic questions. I used the pre check in feature, yet I was in store in total of almost an hour and a half with only one customer before me. They also gave me the wrong rental vehicle. When I attempted to discuss with them a problem, the manager was extremely derogatory and aggressive with my problems. All in all a very poor experience. I will not be using this location again and dissuade any one else to try another location.

The rental experience was a fiasco in many respects, EXCEPT for the West Seattle group, who were great to work with (subject of this survey). The 1-800 staff, "Dat" and "Ann" were also very helpful in getting things resolved. The Rainier Ave location I originally requested (because of closeness) was not helpful, and one individual was almost hostile in response to clarifying questions.
