Michael TEasy pick-up/drop-off process but what really stands out is their customer service is second to none!! So incredibly helpful, even on a day they were closed!! Will return here for sure.
Carlos RHave better instructions on how to process a mobile pick up. And set clear expectations when scheduling a U-Haul.
JUSTINE EI requested furniture pads (12) and utility dolly. I was charged for it, but they’re not in the truck. I had to cap the agent to inform that and asked for refund. Pick up location was also changed. I have no choice to pickup at the new location .
