The truck was in disarray when I picked it up. The dolly was not attached to the wall and blankets were in a pile and covered in tape. Only when I returned the truck and folded the blankets did I realize there were only nine, not 12, as I had expected. The check in process was completed by phone with an agent because the app would not load my photos.
Philip KThe check wasn’t checked in when I arrived and the attendant didn’t know what to do so I could check it out ended up having to wait an extra 45 minutes for him to do something really simple. He had to call his store manager which was super weird. He also didn’t check the truck for mileage or damage when I returned it which seemed kind of sketchy.

Drew HBetter rates would have been great. Almost 700 for 3 days is wild. But we are here and have everything and the store doesn't control the rates.
