Easy in and easy out. Great price
Laura Missues with pick up, the attendant wanted me to take a truck that differed from the one provided by the e-checkin process, argued with me and tried to cancel my reservation. the truck was dirty in the cab, lots of hair and garbage, which was a first for me, though i have rented many uhauls over the years. there was also anlot of equipment in the back that i did not rent, i would like to confirm that i was not charged for the three dollies in the vehicle.
JESSICA GI tried to remove the safe move insurance, and yet it appeared on my order and my bill. I find this unacceptable.
Maxwell WI was disappointed the van I requested wasn’t available so I had to get a much larger truck. I shouldn’t have had to pay the higher price. Fortunately, I only drove it 7 miles. You need a service to come clean the vans and a policy for forced up selling. Location was fabulous and employees were very nice.
