More employees like the man that accepted my business, he treated me like a customer and didn't judge my appearance, he could have easily turned me away like his co workers would have done with a cash transaction, I'm blessed to have got him as your representative and I'm glad to give credit when someone surprises me with above and beyond amazing customer service, I really wish I remember names because I will never forget his face or kindness!

Thank you! Everything was great!
Mario GI originally booked my rental at a different location. The day before the rental, I was contacted by U-haul and asked if I would be willing to change my pick-up location to the ECM location. My original pick-up time was scheduled for 8:30 and the person I spoke with assured me that I would be able to use the U-haul app to pick up my truck even though the ECM location did not open until 9:00. When i arrived and attempted to use the app to get my truck I was instructed to call U-haul support. Apparently the staff at ECM had not added me to the system. I had to drive back to my original rental location to get my truck.
TYLER MUhaul was not available when I went to go pick up at 8am. Since Emerald City Motor sports doesn’t open at 11am they were unavailable to finish the reservation that I had place the week before. Ended up having to pick up a different location.
Emma WLocation is a little tricky underneath an overpass but not a decision making factor.
