This is my second time dropping off at Emerald City Motorsports. Brian is AMAZING. He's super friendly and efficient and an all-around nice guy.
Christopher MHere's the thing. Last time I went to U-Haul I paid at best $160 and there was no confusion on the bill etc. this time it was a lot! I don't think it was the location per se! They were very nice I think it was the pricing was different as well as I was told one thing on the phone and told another later. I think if you guys are gonna have centers where ppl can rent from everything needs to be clear.
Michone MThis guy just goes above and beyond caring for his customers, weather I'm renting a uhaul or passing by with my dogs he's always busy yet friendly enough to stop and make sure I'm doing okay without judgement which is especially appreciated when you are someone in my shoes, humanity is the last thing I expect from anyone at first glance, I pray more people become half as welcoming

Ryan OMore employees like the man that accepted my business, he treated me like a customer and didn't judge my appearance, he could have easily turned me away like his co workers would have done with a cash transaction, I'm blessed to have got him as your representative and I'm glad to give credit when someone surprises me with above and beyond amazing customer service, I really wish I remember names because I will never forget his face or kindness!

Mario GI originally booked my rental at a different location. The day before the rental, I was contacted by U-haul and asked if I would be willing to change my pick-up location to the ECM location. My original pick-up time was scheduled for 8:30 and the person I spoke with assured me that I would be able to use the U-haul app to pick up my truck even though the ECM location did not open until 9:00. When i arrived and attempted to use the app to get my truck I was instructed to call U-haul support. Apparently the staff at ECM had not added me to the system. I had to drive back to my original rental location to get my truck.
TYLER MUhaul was not available when I went to go pick up at 8am. Since Emerald City Motor sports doesn’t open at 11am they were unavailable to finish the reservation that I had place the week before. Ended up having to pick up a different location.
Emma WLocation is a little tricky underneath an overpass but not a decision making factor.
John CThey give me the car without gas and they charge me a lot of money as well for 3 hours and I didn’t even drive that car for 6 miles they say I drove 12 miles !

IAN PI was worried when the location across from Starbucks headquarters stopped being a U-Haul, but this location is even better. They have a locked pen for the vans and trucks so I don't have to worry about holes in the gas tank. (Aside from proximity to fancy coffee, the old place was a wreck!) Also, they folks who work at the new location are fantastic. If there are any other nice things I didn't say about Emerald City Motorsports as a U-Haul affiliate, please assume that I did. :-)
DANIEL MHad my U-Haul rental early Saturday morning at 9am. Customer service was spectacular. Unfortunately I don’t remember the guy’s name, but he was amazing and very helpful. Made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated it!
