I arrived to return the equipment at about five minutes before 5 PM and was told that the computer system had already been shut down and they would be unable to check me in until tomorrow morning. They charged me for an extra day did not verify the gas was at the level that I left it

Cheerful and pleasant staff and owner. I cannot suggest any improvements. Of the 3 U-Haul providers I have been using in (California) Kelseyville, Lakeport, and Sebastopol, all of the locations are very pleasant and kind.
