I would like to understand why I was sent 40 mi to a different U-Haul completely away from my home and then when I moved to Waco Texas or Robinson Texas. Why I had to drive an extra 20 miles out of town into another town when there was a U-Haul less than 2 mi away from me. I spent a lot of time in gas just returning the thing.
