MY COMPLAINT IS THAT WE WERE CHARGED FOR GAS WHEN WE PUT THE EXACT AMOUNT IN THE TRUCK AND ALSO THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE ON OUR ACCOUNT THAT WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY. THEY MAKE FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB REGARDING THIS.

David JBooked uhaul and of course they change my pick up location. I planned to pick up a truck right next to where I needed to go (uhaul said they had a truck there available). But no, they change my pick up location to add another 30 minute drive and 30 minute back just to get a truck. Oh, and let’s not forget I had less than a quarter tank of gas. So had to fill up twice just to meet the level. Worst experience I’ve had with uhaul.
